AA1056 Frequently Asked Questions

I currently working on a prototype cable which needs a SCSI 3 plug. The thing is that the wires out of the SCSI go to 2 different places. So what I was thinking of doing is cutting off one of the plugs and stripping the insulation right back. Only thing I'm not sure on is if the cables are coloured inside the cable, because if not it would be hard finding out which one was which.
There is no recognised colour code. What we do is strip the cable and use a multimeter to buzz out the required wire.
