- If you have a 3 BNC connector your monitor is sync
on green. You need to connect the following BNC connectors: green wire, blue
wire, red wire. Leave the grey and black wires disconnected.
- If you have a 4 BNC connector your monitor is composite
sync. For composite sync, connect the green wire,
blue wire, red wire, and the horizontal sync wire (usually
yellow, white or grey). Leave the vertical sync wire,
black wire, disconnected.
- If you have a 5 BNC connector your monitor is separate
sync. You need to connect the green wire, blue wire,
red wire, and the horizontal sync wire, usually yellow,
white, or grey and the vertical sync wire, usually black.
Note:
A separate sync monitor may also be capable of sync on green and composite
sync. And if your monitor is composite sync, your monitor may also be capable
of sync on green.
