AA1487 Frequently Asked Questions

Will this connect my laptop, S-Video output, with my mono TV, it has a SCART and two phono sockets, white and yellow. Does it need a separate audio lead? What I want to do is watch DVD's on our TV, as we have no separate DVD player.
