AA1407 Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have any phono jack plug extensions, male one end, female the other?
There are two options:

• For phono plug to socket extension cables like AA1370.
• For 3.5mm jack plug to socket extension cables like AA1423.

I have used this cable to connect my sound card to my amplifier but I can not hear the music why?
On Windows in the bottom right hand corner there should be a small speaker icon. Double click on this. You should now seen the "Volume Control" panel. Ensure that the mute box IS NOT ticked. Also modify the volume control for the desired affect.
