Does this cable support RGB fully?
No, it is not fully connected.

I want to connect my satellite system, not Sky, into my DVD recorder EXT1, which currently connects to the TV. Will this cable let the DVD playback go to the TV whilst seeing the satellite on its input for EXT1, an input from the TV is not required?
It depends upon the EXT1 connect accepting an input signal on the SCART cable.

My TV has only one SCART socket, I want to connect a freeview box and a DVD Recorder to it. Is this cable suitable?
No, we do not stock a suitable cable.

Does the TV have to be on to record from the freeview box if using with a freeview box, TV and video?
No, the the does not have to be switched on.
