No, we have never seen a right angled version.

I have bought a psp from the states. Will buying a UK cable be OK for the machine?
Providing the input voltage range of the PSP is at least 240V, then you can use this cable.

Is it possible to just buy the end of a C7 mains power cable and then attach your own length of cable?
We do not stock this connector.

Can you please tell me if this product has a white cable and plug?
No, all mains cables are black. We can get white but usually the minimum order quantity is 500.
