Will this work with a Microsoft Sidewinder joystick on Vista Ultimate?
Yes, the adapter will work with Vista Ultimate. But also check with Microsoft that their Sidewinder device drivers are Vista compatible.

I have an older Digital Edge F1 Sim wheel and pedals. Will your adapter work if the wheel just needs a 3 axis 4 button generic driver?
It should work. Usually all issues are due to the device driver supplied with the controller. We can only suggest you try it out.

Will this work with Logitech gameport joysticks?
Yes but please ensure that the device driver will work with your operating system.

Will my 15 pin MS sidewinder fit into it?
Providing your NOT using Windows XP there should be no issues.
Under Windows XP the Microsoft device drivers do not work. They might have resolved this issue but you will need to check the Microsoft web site.
