Yes, you can use this.

But: If we were doing this we would use an RJ11 plug to BT plug cable. The RJ11 plug will fit nicely into an RJ45 socket making the correct connections. For a suitable cable AA1560.

Now a suitable terminator at the other end would be AA1192.
