Will this also convert an Composite RCA out put to S-video thus allowing my to connect my Video with Composite output to my svideo socket on my TV?
Yes. In a few cases the s-video between you vidoe and tv might not be compatiable. In these case you will only see a black and white picture.

Please advise which of the 4 pins on the S-Video male plug the phono socket relates to?

• Phono outer connection are connected to Ground (Y) and Ground (C)
• Phono inner connection is connected to Colour (Chrominance)
