Yes, You can use this to add a further 5m, upto a maximum of 20M, to your existing USB cable.

I would like to put my Epson USB printer in another room. The lead would have to go around 15m is this possible or can you suggest a solution?
Yes, you can use AA1929 to extend a USB cable by 5M. For 15M you will need 3 off AA1929.
