Is there available, or likely to be available an elbow version of this adapter?
We have never seen a right angled version.

Would this help me to connect a Karaoke microphone (with one of those bigger ends on) and let me plug it into my microphone port on my computer?
Usually a microphone has a 6.3mm mono jack plug. To connect this to a computer you usually require a 6.3mm socket to a 3.5mm jack plug. We have a mono version. On your PC you will need to configure your application to convert the mono signal into a stereo signal. A suitable adapter would be AA1935.

What is the length of this adapter in mm?
The barrel length (i.e. the black plastic) is about 23mm.
