I want to extend a TomTom one charger cable, do you have a suitable cable or adapter, cable combination?

I have a storage device which has USB 2.0. I would like to store data for my PSP, but it needs the 5 pin adapter. Have you an adapter that changes from a USB into a 5 pin?
We believe it will not work. USB devices (i.e.. PSP) require a USB master. This is why USB cables always have two different connectors. It ensures you always plug USB devices into a USB master.

Can this be connected to a USB car charger to charge an mp3 player with a mini USB charge port?
Yes, providing the MP3 uses the USB +5V for charging. Some MP3 player use the extra fifth connector on the mini connector to provide an alternative charge voltage. Please check with the MP3 manual.

Is the USB adapter, USB 1.1 or USB 2.0?
This adapter is compatible with V2 and V1.1 USB
