I wish to use this socket for a wall mounted TV. The cable will be fed through the wall. How would I connect the cable to the socket? Does this come with the housing?
You should connect the cable pin to pin i.e. pin 1 to pin 1, pin 2 to pin 2 etc. at both ends. You will need to supply the backbox, which is available from an electrical wholesaler.

Just out of interest, I have already purchased these type of wall plates with the soldered tags. Where can I buy the SCART piece with the connector block only as I do not need the actual face plate. I know it is cheeky to ask but I cant afford to purchase the wall plate but maybe the SCART piece.
They are our design and manufactured to our requirements. We only sell the complete unit.
