 | Portable network lead tester that will show correct, incorrectly wired, shorts or disconnects on RJ45 UTP and STP patch leads. Incorporates a main and separate remote unit enabling easy use also for installed lead lengths.
Supplied with zip up storage case.
Requires PP3 battery in main unit.

- Switch on the power, S is slow automatic mode, M is manual.

The following are abnormal connections:
- If one lead, for example lead, No 3 is open circuited, the two No. 3 lights of the main tester and remote tester will not be illuminated
- If several wires are not connected, several lights will not be illuminated
- If the lead is not connected then none of the lights will be illuminated
- if two ends of a lead is disordered, for example no 2 and no 4 then the display sequence will be:

- If two leads are short circuited, neither of the corresponding lights will be illuminated on the remote tester while the main tester remains unchanged
